Privacy Policy

Your Body,
Your Data, Your Devices.

Tidal Mobility has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your routines, history and settings stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

This policy covers Tidal Mobility 1.0 for iPhone and Apple Watch, and this website. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who We Are

Tidal Mobility is made by Mason Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, which is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at support@tidalmobility.app.

What the App Stores

  • Your chosen focus areas, moves you have asked to skip, custom routines and settings, on your devices.
  • Session history, on your devices. If you turn on iCloud sync, it is stored in your private iCloud account, which we cannot read.
  • Nothing is stored by us. We have no account system and no copy of your data.

Apple Health

If you allow it, the app saves each session as a flexibility workout and reads your heart rate during the session to show it back to you. Both are optional, and you can change this at any time in the Health app. Health data is never sent to us or anyone else.

Analytics and Advertising

The app has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it does not sell or share your data. It makes no network calls of its own. Crash reports only reach us through Apple’s opt-in system.

If You Contact Us

If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

Deleting Your Data

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your devices. Workouts already saved to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.

This Website

  • This site loads its fonts, scripts and images from its own server and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page and browser) for security, for a short period.
  • The “Hear a Transition” demo uses your browser’s built-in voice. Nothing is sent to us.
  • If we add analytics later, we will name the tool here and prefer a privacy-first one.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the app keeps your data on your devices, we usually hold nothing about you. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
