Getting Started
When Is It Out?
Tidal Mobility is still being built. The buttons on this site read Coming Soon until it reaches the App Store.
What Do I Need?
An iPhone and, for the eyes-free sessions, an Apple Watch. The Watch app works on its own: routines, moves and voice clips are all on the Watch.
Do I Need My iPhone During a Session?
No. A routine runs start to finish on your Apple Watch, with voice through AirPods or the Watch speaker and taps on your wrist. You can also run a session on your iPhone.
Do I Need an Account?
No. There is no account to create, and the app works offline.
During a Session
Can I Turn the Voice Off?
Yes. Choose voice on or haptics only, and set the voice volume in Settings. Your music keeps playing underneath the voice.
Can I Change a Hold While I Am Doing It?
Yes. On the Watch, turn the Digital Crown to change the remaining hold in 5 second steps. In Settings you can make every hold shorter or longer, from 0.75x to 1.5x.
How Do I Pause?
Use the controls on screen, or double tap on a supported Apple Watch.
Can I Skip a Move I Do Not Like?
Yes. Skip it during a session, or tell the app to leave it out of your routines.
Moves and Routines
Can I Choose Who Shows Each Move?
Yes. Every move is shown by a woman or a man, your choice. Change it in Settings or on any move.
Can I Build My Own Routine?
Yes. Use the routine builder to make your own alongside the 12 curated routines.
A Move Hurts. What Should I Do?
Ease out of it. Mobility should feel like a stretch, not a fight. Every move has an easier option, and the safety page explains when to stop and get help.
Apple Health and Your Data
Does It Work With Apple Health?
Yes, if you allow it. Sessions are saved as flexibility workouts, and your heart rate is shown during a session. Both are optional.
Does It Count Toward My Rings?
Yes, when you allow Apple Health.
Where Is My Data Kept?
On your devices, and in your private iCloud account if you turn on iCloud sync. See the privacy policy.
